Processing Description:
Load the plastic lamp cup and install the PCB board, 1.5 worker—install aluminum cooling plate, brush thermal grease—install the light source plate, 1 worker —automatic lock screw (including the screw detecting) —defective product remove—Middle wire shapping—load the lamp base (E27/B22) —cutting the middle wire—load the lamp base (E27/B22) —Press the rivert (B22 welding) —testing—defective product remove—press the needle—gluing—clasp the lamp shell—marking—aging testing—cleaning and packaging.
Whole set machine divide into 3 section, Light source plate assembly, lamp holder and lamp housing assembly, finished products aging. Customers can according to own requirement selective, and each section can be freely combination.
